preference will be given in order of level of sponsorship, date payment is received

Due by September 23: Edits to Sponsor and Exhibitor Directory The Sponsor and Exhibitor Directory will be emailed to you around September 20, 2011. Any corrections or edits must be received by Friday September 23, 2011 to be included in the directory. PTWA cannot be responsible for errors or incorrect information in the directory if no response to this email is received.
Due by September 30: Ad orders and art for PTWA Conference Notebooks If you plan to include a flyer, pamphlet or other printed material, please consider purchasing an ad in the conference attendees' notebooks instead. We have priced these placements to be comparable to the cost of designing, printing
and shipping a printed piece and believe that you will receive more exposure from an advertisement in the notebook. Click here to download an order form with pricing information. PTWA advertising guidelines apply to these placements.
Due by October 1: Names of exhibit booth personnel Based on conference attendee feedback, we recommend no more than two
representatives at a time per single display. You are welcome to alternate your
personnel. Please email the name(s) of your booth personnel by Friday, October 1, 2011 so PTWA staff can provide them with a name badges. Two badge holders will be
provided to be used as meal tickets throughout the weekend.
Due by October 7: Make hotel reservations PTWA has secured a discounted group rate at Hotel Murano. To ensure you receive this rate, you must make your reservation by October 7. Reservations can be made online, or over the phone by calling 888-862-3255 and asking for Physical Therapy Association of Washington rate.
Due by October 7: Promotional giveaways for conference attendees' bags due in PTWA office We encourage exhibitors and sponsors to include a promotional giveaway in the conference attendees' bags. Please send 300 giveaway to:
Rachel Young, PTWA, 208 Rogers St NW, Olympia, WA 98502. We cannot guaruntee that giveaways received after October 7 will be included in the conference attendees' bags. Extra items will be returned to you during conference weekend.
Due by October 14: Complimentary registrations for PT professionals (applies to Presenting, Platinum and Gold Sponsors ONLY) As part of your sponsorship, you receive one to two free conference registrations for PT professional in the courses of their choice. These registrations must be received no later than October 14. You can register by downloading the PDF registration form, filling it out and writing on it that it is your company's complimentary registration. PTWA will provide one 6-ft. skirted table with linen and two chairs. We
encourage you to bring your own portable tradeshow display system, including
company identification signage. All your signage and materials need to be
restricted to your table and/or a foot on each side of your table, unless request for
additional space is granted prior to the event. Signage and materials may not be
placed on walls.
Load in: You are encouraged to use the convention center loading dock, located on the east side of the building, accessible from Broadway.
Exhibit Delivery and Removal: You may dismantle your exhibit booth any time following the afternoon break Friday and/or Saturday (3:45 p.m.).

All freight must be removed from the exhibit floor by the end of conference activities (5:30 p.m. Friday for Friday one-day exhibitors and 5:30 p.m. Saturday for all Saturday exhibitors).
Friday-only exhibitors: Education concludes at 5 p.m. on Friday. Please plan to have your exhibit dismantled and be ready to leave the building by 5:30 p.m. Friday October 28. Weekend and Saturday-only exhibitors: Conference conludes at 5 p.m. Saturday October 29. All exhibits must be dismantled and everyone connected with PTWA conference must be out of the exhibit hall by 5:30 p.m.

Other Details Meals: Two representatives per exhibit booth are welcome to join registrants for meals and refreshments at no additional cost. Additional personnel will need to pay for meals on site.
Washington Physical Therapy Politcal Action Committee Silent Auction: The WPT-PAC will hold a silent auction during PTWA Fall Conference. Vendors are welcome to donate items to the auction, if desired. We very much appreciate any support, but this is not a requirement. If you would like to donate an item, please bring it with you to conference and ask for Rachel Young when you arrive.
Rules and Regulations: Please refer to the Exhibit Rules and Regulations document for a complete list of regulations. Please note that small candy and chocolate can be distributed from your booth, however, prepared food items are not allowed. Balloons are not allowed inside this facility.

Parking: Approximately 670 parking spaces are available to guests of the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center. Located on the second floor of the facility, these lots are accessed from Market and 17th Streets and are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The all day maximum charge is $10. You may also park for free at the Tacoma Dome stations (605 Puyallup Ave or 424 E 25th St) and take the Link Light Rail from Sound Transit, which is free and runs every 12 minutes from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays. The train stops directly in front of the convention center. For detailed information visit Sound Transit's website. Some street parking may also be available.
A. An EPS file is a file created in Adobe Illustrator. If you have a marketing or PR deparment, they should know what you need. If you have worked with a graphic designer to create your logo, that person should be able to provide an EPS file to you.
Q. I would like to participate in conference, but can't be there to exhibit. What can I do?
A. For $250, you can purchase a Bronze Sponsorship which allows you to purchase an ad in the Conference Attendees' notebooks and/or provide a giveaway in each attendees' tote bag. Find out more at www.ptwa.org/sponsorship.
