Information & Advocacy § Use this form to fax your questions to the PTWA Reimbursement Committee and specialist for responses within three business days. § The committee continues to negotiate with and educate payers including Regence Blue Shield and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries regarding reimbursement issues affecting physical therapy practice and services. |
